After spending nearly a year on hiatus from music, Joe Jonas’ ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato is returning to the stage for her fans. Her next concert will be held at the Hammerstein Ballroom on September 17. Lovato just celebrated her 19th birthday on Saturday, August 20 (the same date as Kim Kardashian’s wedding)
